Weight Loss Medications

For eligible patients, your provider may recommend prescription weight loss medications as part of a comprehensive weight management plan. Treatment options may include medications that target GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP pathways, such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, when clinically appropriate.

Your provider will review your medical history, current medications, health goals, and potential risks before recommending treatment. Ongoing follow-up helps monitor your progress, medication tolerance, and overall health throughout your weight management program.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. If a compounded medication is considered, your provider will discuss whether it is appropriate for your individual needs.
