Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. To make sure we can provide care to every patient who needs it, we ask that you follow these guidelines when canceling or rescheduling your appointment: 

• Please give us at least 1 business days' notice (before 1 PM the previous business day) if you need to cancel or reschedule. 
• Cancellations made after 1 PM the day before, the same day as your visit, or on weekends/overnight will be processed the next business day and counted as a no-show. 
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we cannot see you that day. 
• A fee may apply if notice is not given within these timeframes.
