  • Labral tears, including SLAP tears
  • Shoulder dislocations and instability
  • Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis)
  • Shoulder arthritis
  • Biceps tendon injuries
  • Shoulder impingement and bursitis
  • Candidates for total or partial shoulder replacement

How We Diagnose Shoulder Injuries

Your evaluation begins with a one-on-one visit with one of our orthopedic providers and may include:

  • On-site X-rays to check bone structure and joint spacing
  • MRI referral for detailed soft tissue imaging
  • Physical exam to test range of motion, strength, and joint stability
  • Functional assessments to evaluate real-world shoulder use

Accurate diagnosis allows us to recommend the most effective next steps for treatment.

Treatments We Offer

Non-Surgical Options

  • Physical therapy for strength and stability
  • Corticosteroid injections to reduce inflammation
  • Activity modification and guided rehab programs
  • Bracing or immobilization when needed

Surgical Options

  • Arthroscopic rotator cuff repair
  • Labral tear repair
  • Biceps tendon surgery (tenodesis)
  • Shoulder stabilization procedures
  • Total or reverse shoulder replacement (Dr. Brooks only)

We focus on the least invasive and most effective option available to restore your function and comfort.
