Dr. Topiwala is very good at checking all aspects of your health. She listens to you and addresses your concerns. I like her proactive approach.

You better get there 30 minutes ahead of your appointment , because it will take you that long to find a parking spot

When I first attempted to be seen, I had a pretty hard time by a receptionist to schedule my appointment. I ask to speak to someone else at the office instead of this person and I'm glad I did. The other receptionist was so present and professional. She did everything she could to help me with my appointment. The office, the staff, especially Dr Topiwala are AWESOME!

Dr. Topiwala always listens carefully and provides top quality care and sensible solutions to my health issues. I have been extremely happy using her as my primary care doctor!

Dr. Topiwala is great, but trying to get a message to a doctor, or schedule appointments are totally unacceptable. If the doctors are off on a Friday, there is no one else who can help you. You get a call back from the doctor the next week, with a comment that 'they need a day off too.' On a Friday morning, there is no one who can make a recommendation when you have high risk and test positive for COVID? I have complained to the office manager about this, but nothing has changed in the last 6 months. They have now outsourced to on-line assistants in The Philippines, and the assistants cannot understand our questioning, nor can they take a message properly. I give a detailed message, and when the doctor's office returns my call, they do not know the nature of the call. You have to hold for sometimes 15 minutes to get someone just to schedule an appointment. If this does not change, I will be moving all PCP and specialty cares to UTMB.

Dr Topiwala is knowledgeable, caring and efficient. I believe she is a trustworthy caregiver.

Dr. Topiwala was fine, other than when I wanted to discuss more than one issue in an appointment. She was adamant about making a separate appointment for each diagnosis, probably to charge the insurance another visit fee, but it also hurt me because I would have to pay another copay and waste my time with multiple appointments. I stopped seeing her for a while out of frustration, but recently had to make an appointment for a gynecologic issue. She had previously convinced me that I didn't need to have a separate gynecologist and that I could have all my appointments through her. A couple weeks ago, I suspected an infection, went in for the exam, had the pap smear, and was surprised that she didn't prescribe something that same day. The nurse told me they would call in a week with results. A week!? Fine. It took 5 days for them to call, and they told me the test was positive for a bacterial infection, as I originally suspected, but they wanted me to come in for another appointment. I refused and said I already had an appointment and was not going to pay my copay ($50) just to get a prescription for antibiotics. The nurse said she'd send the message to Dr. Topiwala. Throughout that week, the nurse called me back several times to schedule the appointment, and I repeated that I did not need another appointment, I only needed the prescription. After the 2nd call, I asked the nurse to have Dr. Topiwala call me. When the nurse called me back, she said Dr. Topiwala would only call me if I scheduled a televisit appointment and paid my copay. I suggested they only wanted another appointment so they could bill my insurance again, and that if she did not prescribe my antibiotics, I would be making a formal complaint and changing doctors. So here I am over 2 weeks past my initial exam, during which I tested positive for a bacterial infection, and I still cannot get my medication because obviously this doctor is more concerned with billing my insurance and getting another $50 from me, than she is with my healthcare. So I am switching primary providers for myself and my children and would not recommend CLS Health to anyone, as this is probably the common practice amongst their entire team.

I have just started seeing her back in April. She has been so nice and actually cares. She has impressed 2 people that have gone with me on my appointments and one has already started seeing her and the other wants to start seeing her also.

Dr Topiwala is amazing! She’s caring and listens to your concerns. She takes into consideration your overall health goals. Wonderful bedside manner, so happy that my OB/GYN recommended her for my general physician.

I love Dr. Topiwala, she doesn’t sugar coat anything and really genuinely shows her concerns in her patients health. She takes her time explaining everything in detail on what’s best for you. Highly recommend her for a PCP.

She is very attentive.i never feel rushed and she takes her time while talking to me. The office staff are very efficient. I never have to wait very long for my appointment.

She's smat, she's friendly, and she's underanding. Her staff is the same. She's not a pushover though, so if that's what you want you should probably go elsewhere.
