This immersive 3-month experience equips emerging leaders with the operational, financial, and strategic expertise required to excel inside a growing multi-specialty healthcare organization.

As a fellow, you will own meaningful projects, contribute to operational decision-making, work alongside executive leadership, and deliver measurable improvements across the organization. You’ll leave with real responsibility on your résumé — not just observation hours. 

Program Outline 

  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Program Length: 3 months
  • Compensation: Paid with competitive stipend
  • Cohort Size: Up to 6 fellows per quarter
  • Start Dates: January, April, July, October
  • Location: CLS Health Administrative Offices + partnered clinic & project sites

  • Degrees in healthcare administration, business, finance, public health, data science, or related fields
  • Strong interest in healthcare operations and leadership
  • Demonstrated academic achievement and professional initiative
  • Ability to commit full-time for the 3-month fellowship

Misty Berger serves as Chief Operations Officer at CLS Health, where she leads enterprise-wide operational strategy, clinical support infrastructure, and organizational growth initiatives. With extensive experience in healthcare operations and administration, Misty is responsible for optimizing systems, improving performance across multi-site clinical operations, and aligning operational execution with CLS Health’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

As the executive sponsor of the CLS Health Operational Manager Residency Program, Misty plays a central role in mentoring emerging leaders and creating hands-on development opportunities that bridge academic knowledge with real-world healthcare operations.
