My Biography

Dr. Steven V. Day, based in Baytown, Texas, is an expert in foot and ankle, podiatry care. With a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine and specialized training at Danforth Hospital, Houston, he began his practice in 1986. Dr. Day is known for his work on plantar fasciitis and has held leadership positions in healthcare boards and hospitals. As a board-certified surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, he focuses on personalized patient care and treatments. I am testing some things to see what happens. 

Dr. Day is affiliated with the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and the Harris County Podiatry Association. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics. Further, he is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American College of Podiatric Orthopedics.

Day’s excellence in podiatry has been acknowledged through various honors, notably serving on the Board of Directors at Humana Hospital Baytown, 1990-92; President of the American Diabetes Association-Baytown Chapter, 1992-94; Chief of Surgery at Baycoast Medical Center, Baytown, Texas, 1996-98; and Chief of Staff at Baycoast Medical Center, 2000-01.
