Dr. Al-Taweel is a board-certified Interventional cardiologist who specializes in general non-invasive, interventional and structural cardiovascular disease. His expertise involves performing a wide array of cardiac, coronary, valvular and peripheral arterial and venous procedure and interventions. He is also board certified is various non-invasive imaging diagnostic modalities including, Echocardiography, Trans-esophageal echocardiography (TEE), EKG and Echocardiographic Stress testing, Nuclear stress testing with myocardial perfusion imaging (SPECT and PET/CT), cardiac and coronary computed tomography with 3D reconstruction (CCTA).
Dr. Al-Taweel applies the latest evidence-based best practices in treating his patients. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). Dr. Al-Taweel has been practicing in Houston since 2020 and has been in Texas since 2014. His office locations are in Webster and in Pasadena.
